Why we exist
For a lot of small businesses, WhatsApp is the shop.
The enquiries, the “do you have it in stock”, the payment, the “where’s my order” — all in one thread on one phone. Most of those businesses lose customers for one reason: nobody was there to reply.
The tools that promise to fix this hand the owner a flow builder and a dashboard. Most never finish setting it up, because they’re running a business, not learning software.
We started Unwire Growth to do the part that actually matters — the building, the training, the connecting and the keeping-it-right — as a service, with a written brief, a fixed price and a person you can email.
How we work
Four things we don’t compromise on.
- Done for you, not do it yourself.
- The value in a WhatsApp assistant is in the setup and the upkeep — knowing your business, writing the answers, keeping them current. Software alone doesn't do that.
- Honest about what the AI can do.
- It's very good at the questions you've answered a thousand times, and at knowing when to bring in a person. It's not a replacement for your judgement.
- Plain pricing, in writing.
- One setup fee, one monthly price, published on the site. Meta's fees at cost. Any price change announced 30 days ahead.
- No lock-in.
- Your number, your Meta Business account and your data are yours. Cancel in one email; we hand over admin access and export your data.
